We are still buying the Seller’s interest in Contract For Deeds and the Beneficiary’s interest in a Note & Deed of Trust or Mortgage. CFPB Rules regarding sellers carrying back a note & mortgage for the sale of a property to a buyer who will occupy the home may be changing in the future.
For all our transactions we require title insurance. Most, but not all, transactions close at a title company. A note seller or borrower can be assured confidentiality. Your privacy is very important to us.
